The location was perfect for celebrating New Year's Eve in the city. The hotel offered great city views from the balcony and the rooftop. The breakfast had a great variety of food options. , the staff was friendly and helpful.

The internet was not free and a bit slow even with the extra payment. The elevator was quite slow and made it difficult to move around the hotel quickly during busy times.

Rooms in tower one are better than in tower one And swmming pool is good

Check in/out is slow. And reciption located in aother building and the breackfast is less than averrage. The door to lefts will not open till bell boy come and open to you and some times he is not near

I like d room esp d bed but pls think shld change new aircond as one of the 2 bedroom apt aircnd out of d gas. Room 2809.

Tis is not a complaint but to share my experienced. Front office- check out procedure shd improve as i need to wait for 1/2 for housekeeping to check d room. And d manager asked me to wait as he has something else to do. Tis shdnt happened. Pls improve communication among department.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was responsive and friendly, making my visit much more comfortable. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the kitchen amenities exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is also great, as it's walking distance to a variety of shopping centers and restaurants. Additionally, the living room was spacious, providing enough room for me and my friends to relax and have a good time.

I am very sorry the service of this hotel is very very poor. I book 4 night at price of usd296.00. And I pay cash of usd300 plus deposit of usd100.00. But they have not cashed my usd4.00 Extra when I checked in. I was advised they will return the 4.00usd next day. When I claim the 4usd next day. The receiptionist do not know this matter and ask me to check with their other colleague next time. I cannot wast my time for this usd4.00 Only. So I claim about this usd4.00 Until I checked out the Hotel. But they refuse to return my usd4.00 Change, by the reason that they have already put this 4usd into the system, and I cannot get the usd4.00 Cash back. Why do they hold my small change of usd4.00? Despite my explanation, the recetionist refuse to return my money. Since my flight departure is approaching, I have to leave this hotel, without usd4.00 Returning to me. I am feeling unfair to me, It seems this hotel rob my cash!

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable apartments. the breakfast was tasty and the location was convenient, close to ATMs and fast food restaurants. the hotel had a large parking space, which was a great advantage.

The building exterior showed its age and there was noise from nearby mosques. the furniture was outdated and cigarette butts were left on the floor without being cleaned.

I was staying in 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms was good, location was good, convenience, accept the remote for air-conditioned and television unit was not working, only 1 shower room for 2 bedroom(sharing), It's will be better if there's one of bedroom attached with bathroom. Overall I still happy with my accommodation as I describe as value for Money.

Food average. Breakfast boring. Pool n fitness n sauna etc in bad condition. Difficult to access all facilities. Not worth the price if all things are considered. Hot water erratic n furniture, tv etc needs upgrading.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in central Jakarta and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to taxis and plenty of shops and convenience stores nearby. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The staff at the receptionist were extremely helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a hassle-free stay. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, such as a spa and wellness center, sauna, and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the stunning city views.

This place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I like d location, it cost us USD 3 to reach apartment from big shopping mall. N the best part is 3 rooms cost 123 n 5 ppl stay 2gether which many hotel couldn't provide.
